ATTENTION


6th grade band/orchestra and 7th grade chorus parents and students


There has been a small date change of the sixth and seventh grade concert schedule this year.



The 7th grade Chorus concert will be MAY 6th at 7:30


and


The 6th Grade Band and Orchestra concert will be April 29th at 7:30


please mark these changes on your calendar!

2010 Marching Band Dates – These dates will be given to your student in paper format before we leave for Winter break
July 20-22      9AM – 2 PM      Percussion Camp @ MAHS
July 20–22     5PM - 9PM         Auxiliary Camp @ MAHS
July 20-22      9AM - 12PM      9th Grade and New Member Camp @ MAHS
July 21             9AM – 10AM     Woodwind Sectional
July 22             9AM - 10AM      Brass Sectional

July 26-29      8AM - 3PM       Home Band Camp for Instrumentalists and Percussion @ MAHS
July 26-29      5PM - 9PM       Home Band Camp for Auxiliary @ MAHS
July 29            6PM - 9PM        Additional Rehearsal for FULL BAND @ MAHS

Follow the Band and Orchestra using Twitter!!

Follow the Moon Band and Orchestra anywhere you go using Twitter!  Keep track of rehearsals, concerts, elementary lesson schedules, and performance updates any time via internet or text message.  Mr. Barthen and Mr. Minamyer will be posting "tweets" throughout the year to greatly enhance the communication process between teachers and parents! 

Once elementary schedules orchestra schedules have been determined, Mr. Minamyer will be using twitter to help with the new 1-5 day rotation.  Parents will be  able to keep track of days when their children have lessons, assignments, and performances!
